What if the item has a hole or rip when I receive it?

All our items are personally reviewed by Jacq or Liv to ensure it is in impeccable condition. Should it have any faults we will not accept the item into our store and will not sell it to you. We guarantee that you will always receive a premium product. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

How do you know it’s an authentic designer piece and not a knock off?

Each piece is personally investigated by Jacq & Liv to ensure its authenticity. We research each item, check serial numbers and only take items which have intact care tags. When possible we also include evidence of authenticity via an original receipt. Jacq & Liv’s vast experience and personal review ensures you are always purchasing an authentic designer piece through our store.

What are your consignment arrangements?

What brands do you prefer to buy?

We’ve listed a range of brands and designers we love on our consignment page. However, if you have an item from a designer that is not on this list please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss it with us. We generally only accept pieces from collections from the past two years, but we do make some exceptions for handbags and iconic pieces.

How often do you get stock in?

We add at least 15 new items to our website each week. Follow our Instagram page @jacqandliv to stay across key pieces each week.

POSTAGE COSTS

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Domestic shipments are sent Express via Australia Post at a flat rate of $15. Estimated time of delivery is between 3 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email on dispatch.

NEW ZEALAND

Shipments to New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of $25. Estimated time of delivery is between 3 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email on dispatch.
