Jacq & Liv welcome quality, pre-loved consignment items.

All our items are personally authenticated and reviewed by us to ensure they are in premium condition. Our review includes a thorough inspection by hand as we examine any tags, labels, and the condition each piece is in.

Every piece must satisfy our quality standards in regards to:

High-end brands – see the list of high-end designer and luxury brands we love below.

Perfect condition – our personal review of each item ensures they are in as-new condition

Timeliness – we generally only accept pieces from collections from the past two years. We do make some exceptions for handbags and iconic pieces.

Authentic  – we do not ever accept fake or counterfeit items.

If an item doesn’t meet our high standards and we can’t guarantee its authenticity, we won’t accept it. 

 

APPOINTMENTS

When setting up your appointment with us, we will ask you to send through photos of the item or items you wish to sell including any tags, the label and images that show the overall quality of the item. We will then set up a phone call or in-person appointment to discuss our consignment process further. If you’re interstate we are happy to consider your consignment via photos and phone calls.

COLLECTION OF UNSOLD GOODS

We take items for consignment for six to eight weeks. If your item is not sold in that time, you will need to collect it. If your item has not been picked up 14 days after you receive notification that the consignment period has finished we reserve the right to donate your item to charity.
